Setup
Make a starting point and ending point.
If you're playing with others and really want to get into it, get oversized gym shorts and tee shirts to wear while playing (most people won't have these laying around so it's totally optional).
Throw on the oversized clothes and run from the starting point to the ending point. Drop and do 3 pushups or burpees, then run back to the starting point.
2+ Players
Take turns and see how many laps you can do together (going down and back) in 2 minutes.
1 Player
Set a timer for one minute and see how many times you can go down and back.
